Snowflakes

Formed to entertain
They come knocking
Droplets of frozen rain
Silently performing

Though a short life span
interrupts progression
Applauds stand
at final call of curtain

No two are ever alike
Billions dance yearly
Strangers lacking sight
Yet feet are steady

In death they unite
A temporary embrace
Farewells in the night
Sunshine gathers pace

A new journey begins
The reservoir calls
Chlorine as vitamins
to pipes in the wall
