It seems to have a will
of its own
Adrenaline’s the thrill
formed from stone
My intention was – conversation
Issues needing to be resolved
A touch and attention
and hopefully, problem solved
But defensive mode kicked in
from the person opposite
Without courtesy of listening
out came a tirade of bullets
Then, cause and effect,
Such a common terminology
Shucks! Mammoth regret
seeks immunity
To suggest a wall of silence
would be solution - is politics
End results – indifference
coupled with fuse - matchsticks
